Dubai Safari open to all for free Tuesday ... its daily capacity of 10,000 guests. On Sunday, the park evacuated the visitors and closed its doors following stormy weather conditions. It is located atop a hilly area, which was previously used as a landfill, in Al Warqa 5. Tomorrow (December 20), the entry to Dubai Safari is allowed only for families.
