| Police investigating shooting at Birmingham home Officials with the Birmingham Police Department say they're investigating a shooting that happened Saturday evening. The incident happened before 9 p.m. in the 5000 block of 16th Avenue North. We're told the victim, who has not been identified, was shot but suffered non-life threatening injuries.

| Cops quickly catch confessed Subway robber in Ardmore On her way out, the robber warned her victims not to call police for ten minutes. The folks inside Subway ignored that last demand. They called directly in to the police department on the Alabama side of the line. Chief Kennedy tells WAAY 31 the dispatcher sent a description of the getaway car.
